Follow Friday

Friday Follow is a blog hop that was started by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read.  Each week a different question is posted by our hosts and we wil answer!  This is a great opportunity for bloggers to network and interact.
This week’s question – Q: What book do you think would make a great Halloween movie? Please explain in graphic detail of goriness...

Ok, for a change, this one was fairly easy for me.  My choice would be Dust and Decay, the second book in Jonathan Maberry's series about zombies.  The first book, Rot and Ruin, was sufficiently gory, but Dust and Decay surpassed it in zombie gore and just plain old nasty people goriness. (There's a 'circus'  where captured humans are made to fight zombies). The books are exceptionally good tho' with amazing characters and should be made into movies for that reason alone - the gore just adds to the goodness!    I think Christinabean would chose The Replacements or Anna Dressed in Blood. (Sorry if I got that wrong C).  OOOOhhhhh!!!  Good guess Curlypow!  My pick was Anna Dressed in Blood but I had not thought of the Replacements.  I think Anna was much more graphic in nature.  Team Anna!!  What's your choice?

  6. I would absolutely die if they made Rot & Ruin/Dust & Decay/Flesh & Bone into movies!! I'm already super excited about Beautiful Creatures coming to film...definitely would get excited to see Benny and Tom Imura grace the silver screen!! Especially since I have a bit of a book crush on Tom Imura...
