Lauren Oliver is one of the first YA authors who pulled me in and never let me go. I love her writing style and how she takes chances with her subject matter. Vanishing Girls sounds like a fantastic thrillride that I'm eager to read!

Yes, I recommend Vanishing Girls completely! It has a very dark feel with a lot of realistic teen issues that I'm sure we can all relate to. The plot twist kind of punched me in the gut even though I guessed it 50% in. It'll hit you hard especially if you have a younger sibling, I think. (:
