Friday Follow is a blog hop that was started by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read. Each week a different question is posted by
our hosts and we will answer! This is a
great opportunity for bloggers to network and interact.
This week’s question – Q: What New Years Blogging or Writing resolution have you placed on yourself?
Hi all, nice to be back after our short hiatus. I'm not a great one for making New Years resolutions, but I did promise myself that I wouldn't stress so much over the blog. Christianbean and I review a fair number of books, and sometimes it can be a bit of a stretch to fit in so many with both of us having families and working, so this year, I think we'll just do what we can, when we can. I also promised myself that I wouldn't feel guilty if I read an adult book that I don't review, - may'be I should just review them anyway. That's a thought. Have a great year everyone, and thanks in advance for visiting.

I would like to put up more reviews and catch up the books on my e-reader. Also, I'd like to finish more on my physical bookshelf (so many great reads that I haven't gotten around to). I'd also like to comment more on my fellow blogger reviews. What are your book-related resolutions?

Welcome to the Paperback Princesses! Make
yourself at home, take a look around our blog and let us know what you think in
the comments section. We would love to hear what you have to say about our
posts. We often try to comment on your comments as well so feel free to start a
conversation! Since there are two of us running the show, we always have a
variety of titles and event postings. Be sure to check out our own personal
meme page. Check out Fantastic Fairytales, Let's Hear it for the Boys, In Case
you Missed it and a few others. We try to not only focus on new YA books but
also great titles from the past.
No Stress ~ I like that :) This is supposed to be FUN not something stressful :) Great resolution!

Good luck with your resolutions! It's a good idea to calm down, and not stress too much.
ReplyDeleteI followed you through GFC. Follow me back?
I think you must always keep reading the books you like, even if you don't review them (and why wouldn't you? You can always try out en see how it works out)

You should review whatever books you want. I think most people have eclectic reading tastes. Some will read adult, teen and children's books.
ReplyDeleteI definitely need to read some of the books collecting dust on my shelf or e-reader. That is definitely a goal of mine.
Good luck on your resolution. :)
I think that because we focus on YA books it seems inappropriate somehow to review adult books, but that's not the case and I am resolved to review a few adult books that I enjoy.
DeleteLuck with your resolutions!

I also had to take a step back and really think about what I could do with my blog to make it more fun for me too. I agree, it shouldn't be stressful!
